Project: Aarhus, Skejby

In Skejby, we have built the first geothermal facility in Aarhus

Site preparations at Skejby began in September 2023, followed by the drilling of two test wells in the early months of 2024. Construction was completed in 2025, and the Skejby facility delivered its first geothermal heat to homes in Aarhus in late October.

By 2027, two additional wells are expected to be drilled to further increase the capacity.
