Asbjørn Haugstrup has more than 20 years of experience working with public affairs and communication. Before joining Innargi, Asbjørn was CEO of Radius CPH for six years. He has also been the Special Political Advisor to the Danish Foreign Minister, to the Danish Minister of Economic Affairs and the Interior, and to the Danish Minister for Climate, Energy and Utilities. Asbjørn holds a degree in Law from the University of Copenhagen.

Hildigunnur Thorsteinsson

Hildigunnur Thorsteinsson is an Icelandic and US citizen who comes from a successful career as Managing Director of Research and Innovation within geothermal energy and renewable energy in Reykjavik Energy, whose subsidiaries own and operate geothermal power and heat plants that serve over 70% of Iceland’s population. Previously, she worked at the U.S. Department of Energy’s Geothermal Technologies Office where she oversaw a wide portfolio of geothermal research projects. Hidda has vast experience with managing geothermal projects, innovation, and research, along with a solid theoretical background including her Master of Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Lars Petersen

Lars Petersen is a reservoir engineer with more than 20 years of experience in corporate exploration and field development functions within the energy industry. Lars joined the Innargi team in 2019 and is driving the screening of geothermal opportunities with a focus on integrating the subsurface and commercial aspects. With a MSc in Chemical Engineering from DTU (Technical University of Denmark), Lars is an expert in production optimization, subsurface engineering, and exploration well design and evaluation.

Alexander Richter

Alexander Richter has extensive experience within geothermal and renewable energy. Throughout most of his career, Alexander has been focused on geothermal energy, first in banking, then media, consultancy, marketing, and business development in a wide range of international players in the geothermal energy space. In addition to this, he is also founder and editor of ThinkGeoEnergy.com, the leading platform for geothermal energy news. Alexander holds a law degree from the University of Konstanz in Germany and a Master of Electronic Commerce from Dalhousie University in Canada. Alexander is the former president and board member of the International Geothermal Association, and a Director-at-Large on the Board of the Canadian Geothermal Energy Association.

Michael Harboe-Jørgensen

Michael brings 15 years of experience within the A.P. Moller Group working in various leadership positions within corporate strategy, M&A, and investor relations. Before that he worked as research analyst at Danske Bank in Copenhagen. His most recent role prior to joining Innargi was Vice President, Investor Relations, and Financial Planning & Analysis at Maersk Drilling. Michael holds a master’s degree in Economics from University of Copenhagen and a master’s degree in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics from London School of Economics.

Philip Michael Gosney

Philip has 15 years of experience within the A.P Moller Group working in senior commercial and legal positions in the energy industry. He has worked on complex drilling and floating production projects across the globe, together with M&A projects. Before this he was in private practice as a litigator for Linklaters in London. His most recent role prior to joining Innargi was Vice President, Commercial at Maersk Drilling where he established dedicated contract negotiation, tendering, marketing, and product management functions. Philip holds a master’s degree in Law from Oxford University.

Anja Nielsen

Anja Nielsen is a Senior Executive Advisor skilled in ensuring consultation to and sparring with top management and in assisting the organisation executing its activities. She has gained her comprehensive experience through various corporate roles in A.P. Moller – Maersk head office as well as the Danish authorities and Copenhagen University. Anja has a strong educational background with three master’s degrees in International Politics from University of London, and Political Science and East Asian Area Studies from Aarhus University. She is currently a member of the University team of censors in International Politics, previously part-time associate professor in same.

Clara Møhl Schack

Clara has worked within the A.P. Moller Group since 2010 where she has held several strategic HR positions in energy, transport, and logistics in Copenhagen and London. She has experience with translating business goals into people strategies with focus on enabling talent at corporate as well as frontline level. Prior to joining Innargi Clara worked in Maersk Drilling as Senior HR business partner for technical as well as support functions, enabling large scale transformations and change. Clara holds a master’s degree in psychology from Copenhagen University and is an external speaker on Human Resource Management at Said Business School, Oxford university.

Denis Gelman-Riis has more than 15 years of experience working with large global organizations in various corporate roles. Denis has lived and worked in Copenhagen, Aberdeen, and Houston in the Energy Sector and Pharma Industry. Prior to joining Innargi, Denis was a Director of Cost Optimisation in the IPO Preparedness Office with LEO Pharma where he led work on optimizing the global cost footprint. Denis holds a master’s degree in Business Studies and Communications from Roskilde University.

Erik Roesen Larsen

Erik graduated from the Royal Danish Military Academy in 1998 and served in the Danish Army until 2007 where he joined Maersk Line as Learning Leader. From here, he moved to Group HR in A. P. Moller – Maersk where he worked with leadership development and learning governance. In 2010 Erik was appointed as Head of Learning and Training in Maersk Drilling where he held various HR positions. In the spring of 2018, he was promoted to Head of HSSEQ in Maersk Drilling with the task to develop and implement a new approach to safety which were rolled out during 2018 and 2019.

Martin Kaster

Martin Kaster is an engineer with 22 years of experience in well servicing, completions, intervention technology, and concept development. Martin has for the past 5 years been the lead facilities engineer on the Innargi team that has matured a large-scale geothermal heating project in Aarhus. In connection with this work, Martin has developed the modularized facility concept for the geothermal facilities planned to be implemented in Aarhus.

Niels Peter Øgelund

Niels Peter Øgelund has more than 35 years of experience within the drilling industry primarily working for Maersk Oil and Gas A/S. He started offshore Denmark in 1986 where he worked on various offshore drilling rigs for approximately 9 years as Drilling Supervisor. He moved through the ranks, and from 2000 he was Head of Drilling in Maersk Oil Qatar and later Head of Drilling and Well Services in Denmark until 2014. In his last position in Maersk Oil, Niels was Head of Drilling Operations Global. Niels has special experience in Drilling Leadership, Horizontal wells, Performance improvements, and Well Control. Niels has been on the Board of Directors for IWCF.

Mathias Schou Gammelgaard

Mathias Schou Gammelgaard has more than 20 years of experience working with strategy, business and project development, negotiation, and interest management in the energy and utilities sector. Before joining Innargi, Mathias was Portfolio Manager of Kredsløb and has for several years worked with the strategic development of the next generation of green district heating. Mathias also acted as Kredsløb’s Chief Negotiator and Project Director when Kredsløb and Innargi developed and entered into Denmark’s first agreement on large scale geothermal district heating. Mathias is a certified project manager and holds a degree in Technology and Planning from the University of Roskilde.

Stephan Ghisler-Solvang

Stephan Ghisler-Solvang has worked for more than 20 years in communications and journalism. In the last 7 years before joining Innargi, he worked as head of press and external relations in ATP – Denmark’s statutory pension fund and one of Europe’s largest institutional investors. Prior to that, Stephan was Chief Press Officer in Nordea in Denmark. He has held various positions in TV 2 Denmark, working both as a business editor and reporter. Stephan holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Southern Denmark as well as a bachelor’s degree in German Language and Geography (Deutsche Sprachraum Studien) from Roskilde University.

Søren Berg Lorenzen has more than 20 years of experience with district heating, both as a consultant, as a manager within a leading Danish district heating company, and as head of department within the Danish District Heating Association. In addition to this, Søren has more than 10 years of experience with geothermal energy, including 5 years as Managing Director of an in-house consultancy owned by and providing services to a number of Danish district heating companies. Furthermore, Søren was appointed chairman of the National Expert’s Committee on geothermal energy for a period of 3 years. Søren holds a master’s degree (M.Sc.) in engineering from the Danish Technical University.

She holds a BSc in Oil & Gas Engineering from AGH University in Cracow and an MSc in Petroleum Engineering from the Danish Technical University.

Louise Blaabjerg Christoffersen

Louise is an experienced communications manager specializing in strategic comms planning, campaigns and stakeholder outreach. She is responsible for the strategic communications planning around Innargi’s projects as well as development and execution of activities and campaigns to inform and engage local communities around geothermal energy. Before joining Innargi, Louise worked in consulting for +7 years, most recently as Director, Public Sector and Campaigns at the communications consultancy Radius. Louise holds a Master’s degree in Political Communication and Management and is an external lecturer at the Department of Business Humanities and Law at Copenhagen Business School.

Torben Krarup

Torben Krarup is bringing in more than 20 years of subsurface and project development experience from the former Maersk Oil, where he worked until 2018. His latest roles in Maersk Oil were Vice President for Reservoir Excellence and Project Director. He joins Innargi from Ørsted, where he has been heading Project and Programme managers for development, maturation, and execution of wind turbines and foundations for offshore wind farms. Before this, he was heading the offshore area within the Danish Work Environment Authority, responsible for regulations, approvals, and inspections.
