Claus V. Hemmingsen is an experienced CEO and Chairman with extensive executive and board experience from energy and energy services. In addition, he is a former CEO of Maersk Energy and Maersk Drilling. Claus is also Chairman of DFDS, Rambøll, Maersk Drilling, and HusCompaniet and a Board member of amongst other Mærsk Mc-Kinney Møller Center for Zero Carbon Shipping and Global Maritime Forum Foundation.

Anders Eldrup is an experienced CEO who led the transition of DONG Energy from oil & gas into renewable energy. He previously worked as the former Permanent Secretary to the Ministry of Finance. He is also Chairman of the Commission for Green Transition, Denmark’s Green Investment Fund, and LORC. Additionally, Anders is Vice Chairman of the Thinktank CONCITO and board member of Nordlys Energi. Moreover, he is a Senior advisor to, amongst others, Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners.

Dr. Edda Sif Pind Aradóttir is the CEO of Carbfix, a leading carbon capture and storage technology company. She is former Head of Innovation and Strategic Planning at Reykjavik Energy with a MSc in Theoretical Chemistry and a PhD in Reservoir Engineering. Edda is also Chairman of Iceland New Energy and a Board member of GEORG (Geothermal Research Cluster) and Ljósleiðarinn.

Pernille Erenbjerg is an experienced CEO and CFO with extensive executive and board experience from blue-chip companies in Denmark which includes being the former CEO and CFO of TDC Group. She is Deputy Chair of Genmab and Chairman of the Board for Nordic Entertainment Group. Additionally, Pernille is a Board member at RTL Group, a former board member and member of the Audit Committee at Nordea, and Deputy Chair for the Board of Directors of DFDS.
