Claus V. Hemmingsen is an experienced CEO and Chairman with extensive executive and board experience from energy and energy services. Claus is Chairman of DFDS, Rambøll, and HusCompaniet and a Board member of amongst other A. P. Moller Holding, Mærsk Mc-Kinney Møller Center for Zero Carbon Shipping, Global Maritime Forum Foundation and Noble Corporation. He has previously been Vice CEO of A.P. Moller – Maersk, CEO of Maersk Energy, CEO and Chairman of Maersk Drilling. 

Pernille Erenbjerg is an experienced CEO and CFO with extensive executive and board experience from blue-chip companies in Denmark which includes being the former CEO and CFO of TDC Group. She is Chairperson of KK Group, Deputy Chairperson of Genmab, and board member of RTL Group and Nokia. 

Stig Pastwa currently serves as Chair of the Advisory Board at The Footprint Firm and Primutec Solutions Group, and holds board and advisory roles with e.g. HusCompagniet, Navigare Capital Partners, Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners, and EQT. He brings over 30 years of leadership experience, having previously served as CFO and COO at Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners, Group CFO at TDC Group, and held executive roles at DSB, Saxo Bank, Codan/Trygg-Hansa, ISS, and A.P. Moller – Maersk. 

Troels Albrechtsen brings more than 30 years of international leadership experience in the energy sector. He most recently served as Senior Vice President for Health, Safety & Environment at TotalEnergies’ Exploration & Production division and was a member of its executive team. Prior to that, he spent over two decades at Maersk Oil, where he held a range of executive roles including Chief Technology Officer, Head of Corporate Technology and Projects, and Director of Exploration & New Business. His global experience spans Denmark, Qatar, the UK, and West Africa. Troels has also served as Chairman of Oil Gas Denmark and as a board member of IOGP, contributing to industry-wide leadership and innovation. 

Peter Nyegaard brings extensive executive and board-level experience from the financial sector and private equity. He currently serves as Senior Advisor at Axcel, where he was previously Partner and CFO. Earlier in his career, he was a member of the Group Executive Management at Nordea, one of the largest financial services groups in the Nordics. Peter also holds board roles at e.g. Danmarks Skibskredit, where he chairs key committees and has previously served on the boards of institutions such as Nuuday and FIH Erhvervsbank. 

Martin Larsen is CFO of A.P. Moller Holding. He also chairs Maersk Product Tankers, Navigare Capital Partners, and Maersk Offshore Wind, and serves as Vice Chair of Danske Bank.

With many years of leadership and boardroom experience, Martin has built his career at A.P. Moller-Maersk before joining A.P. Moller Holding in 2016.

Jacob Vittrup brings extensive executive and board-level experience from the Danish energy sector, as well as leadership roles in publicly listed Danish technology companies. He currently serves as CEO of NRGi, a Danish energy and consulting company committed to advancing a climate-neutral society.

Earlier in his career, Jacob held the positions of CFO and acting CEO at RTX A/S, a listed technology company specializing in the innovation, design, and manufacturing of wireless communication solutions. Prior to that, he held leadership roles at Bang & Olufsen.In addition Jacob serves on several boards, including Mind Energy, Fibia, Green Power Denmark, and Danish Industry Energy, contributing strategic insight and governance expertise to the broader energy and tech ecosystem.
