Samir Abboud ist ausgebildeter Anwalt und verfügt über mehr als 20 Jahre Erfahrung bei Maersk Oil und Maersk Drilling in verschiedenen rechtlichen, kaufmännischen und geschäftsführenden Positionen. Samir ist seit 2018 CEO von Innargi.

Asbjørn Haugstrup verfügt über mehr als 20 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Public Affairs und Kommunikation. Bevor er zu Innargi kam, war Asbjørn sechs Jahre lang CEO von Radius CPH. Außerdem war er politischer Sonderberater des dänischen Außenministers, des dänischen Wirtschafts- und Innenministers und des dänischen Ministers für Klima, Energie und Versorgungswirtschaft. Asbjørn hat einen Abschluss in Rechtswissenschaften an der University of Copenhagen.

Lars Heineke has 25 years of experience in senior finance, commercial, procurement and project positions. He has worked internationally within manufacturing, energy, and service industries. Lars holds a master’s degree in finance and auditing from Copenhagen Business School.

Lars Petersen is a reservoir engineer with more than 20 years of experience in corporate exploration and field development functions within the energy industry. Lars joined the Innargi team in 2019 and is driving the screening of geothermal opportunities with a focus on integrating the subsurface and commercial aspects. With a MSc in Chemical Engineering from DTU (Technical University of Denmark), Lars is an expert in production optimization, subsurface engineering, and exploration well design and evaluation.

Philip verfügt über 15 Jahre Erfahrung in der A.P Moller Gruppe und war in leitenden kaufmännischen und rechtlichen Positionen in der Energiewirtschaft tätig. Seine Erfahrungen beinhalten das Arbeiten an weltweiten komplexen Bohrprojekten und Bohrinseln und M&A-Projekten. Zuvor arbeite Phil als Litigator in einer Privatfirma für Linklaters in London. Bevor er bei Innargi anfing, war Phil zuletzt Vice President für das Commercial Team bei Maersk Drilling, wo er spezielle Funktionen für Vertragsverhandlungen, Ausschreibungen, Marketing und Produktmanagement einrichtete.

Philip hat einen Master-Abschluss in Rechtswissenschaften von der Oxford Universität.

Anja Nielsen ist eine Senior Executive Advisor, die sich mit der Beratung und dem Sparring des Top-Managements sowie der Unterstützung der Organisation bei der Durchführung ihrer Tätigkeiten befasst. Ihre umfangreichen Erfahrungen sammelte sie in verschiedenen Unternehmensfunktionen in der Zentrale von A. P. Moller – Maersk sowie bei den dänischen Behörden und der Universität Kopenhagen. Anja verfügt über einen starken Bildungshintergrund mit drei Master-Abschlüssen in Internationaler Politik von der Universität London und Politikwissenschaft und Ostasiatische Raumforschung von der Universität Aarhus. Derzeit ist sie Mitglied des universitären Teams der Zensoren für Internationale Politik und zuvor nebenberufliche außerordentliche Professorin für Internationale Politik.

Clara ist seit 2010 innerhalb der A. P. Moller Gruppe tätig, wo in mehreren strategischen HR-Positionen in den Bereichen Energie, Transport und Logistik in Kopenhagen und London arbeitete. Sie hat Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Unternehmenszielen in Personalstrategien mit Fokus auf Talentförderung sowohl auf Unternehmens- als auch auf Frontline-Ebene. Vor ihrer Tätigkeit bei Innargi arbeitete Clara bei Maersk Drilling als Senior HR-Geschäftspartner für technische und Supportfunktionen, die umfangreiche Transformationen und Veränderungen ermöglichten. Clara hat einen Master-Abschluss in Psychologie von der Universität Kopenhagen und ist externe Referentin für Human Resource Management an der Said Business School der Oxford Universität.

Anne Angaard Nord holds a master’s degree in law from Copenhagen University, Denmark. Before joining Innargi, she worked in private law firms for 15 years as a trusted advisor to national and international clients. During her career, Anne has specialized in a range of legal areas including upstream energy, commercial law, M&A, corporate law, and capital markets.

Martin Kaster is an engineer with 24 years of experience in well servicing, completions, intervention technology, and concept development. For the past 7 years, Martin has been the lead facilities engineer on the Innargi team that has matured a large-scale geothermal heating project in Aarhus. In connection with this, Martin has developed the modularized facility concept for the geothermal facilities planned to be implemented in Aarhus.

Mathias Schou Gammelgaard has more than 20 years of experience working with strategy, business and project development, negotiation, and interest management in the energy and utilities sector. Before joining Innargi, Mathias was Portfolio Manager of Kredsløb and has for several years worked with the strategic development of the next generation of green district heating. Mathias also acted as Kredsløb’s Chief Negotiator and Project Director when Kredsløb and Innargi developed and entered into Denmark’s first agreement on large scale geothermal district heating. Mathias is a certified project manager and holds a degree in Technology and Planning from the University of Roskilde.

Stephan Ghisler-Solvang has worked for more than 20 years in communications and journalism. In the last 7 years before joining Innargi, he worked as head of press and external relations in ATP – Denmark’s statutory pension fund and one of Europe’s largest institutional investors. Prior to that, Stephan was Chief Press Officer in Nordea in Denmark. He has held various positions in TV 2 Denmark, working both as a business editor and reporter. Stephan holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Southern Denmark as well as a bachelor’s degree in German Language and Geography (Deutsche Sprachraum Studien) from Roskilde University.

Søren Berg Lorenzen verfügt über mehr als 20 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Fernwärme, welche er sowohl als Berater und Manager bei einem führenden dänischen Fernwärmeunternehmen als auch als Abteilungsleiter beim dänischen Fernwärmeverband sammelte.

Darüber hinaus verfügt Søren über mehr als 10 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich der Geothermie, wovon er 5 Jahre als Managing Director eines internen Beratungsunternehmens arbeitete, welches eine Reihe dänischer Fernwärmeunternehmen gehört und Dienstleistungen für diese erbringt. Zudem wurde er für einen Zeitraum von drei Jahren zum Vorsitzenden des Nationalen Sachverständigenausschusses für Geothermie ernannt.

Søren hat einen Master-Abschluss (M.Sc.) in Ingenieurwissenschaften von der Dänischen Technischen Universität.

Jesper has extensive experience working with strategy, analysis, stakeholders, and project management, and worked as a management consultant for utility companies, public authorities, and private companies prior to joining Innargi in 2022. Moreover, he has worked as a teaching assistant at Aarhus University, where we taught Public Policy for bachelor students for 3 years. At Innargi, Jesper works on strategy, negotiations, market dialogue, and commercial opportunities in Denmark.
Jesper holds a master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Political Science from Aarhus University.

Claus V. Hemmingsen ist ein erfahrener CEO und Chairman mit langjähriger Führungserfahrung in den Bereichen Energie und Energiedienstleistungen. Er ist ein ehemaliger CEO von Maersk Energy und Maersk Drilling. Claus ist außerdem Vorsitzender von DFDS, Rambøll, Maersk Drilling und HusCompaniet und Mitglied des Board of Directors unter anderem des Mærsk Mc-Kinney Møller Center for Zero Carbon Shipping und der Global Maritime Forum Foundation.

Als erfahrener CEO leitete Anders Eldrup den Übergang von Öl & Gas zu erneuerbaren Energien bei DONG Energy. Zudem ist er ein ehemaliger Ständiger Sekretär des Finanzministeriums. Außerdem ist Anders Vorsitzender der Kommission für Green Transition, Dänemarks Green Investment Fund und LORC. Darüber hinaus ist Anders Vice Chairman des Thinktank CONCITO und Vorstandsmitglied von Nordlys Energi. Zudem ist er Senior Advisor von, unter anderem, Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners.

Dr. Edda Sif Pind Aradóttir ist CEO von Carbfix, einem führenden Unternehmen für Kohlenstoffabscheidung und -speicherung. Sie ist ehemalige Leiterin des Bereichs Innovation und Strategische Planung bei Reykjavik Energy mit einem MSC in Theoretischer Chemie und einem PhD in Reservoir Engineering. Edda ist außerdem Vorsitzender von Island New Energy und Vorstandsmitglied von GEORG (Geothermal Research Cluster) und Ljósleiðarinn.

Pernille Erenbjerg ist eine erfahrene CEO und CFO mit umfangreicher Führungserfahrung und Vorstandserfahrung bei Blue-Chip-Unternehmen in Dänemark inkl. ehemaliger CEO und CFO der TDC Group. Sie ist stellvertretende Vorsitzende von Genmab und Vorstandsvorsitzende der Nordic Entertainment Group. Darüber hinaus ist Pernille Vorstandsmitglied der RTL Group, ehemaliges Vorstandsmitglied und Mitglied des Audit Committee bei Nordea sowie stellvertretender Vorsitzender des Board of Directors von DFDS.

Natalia has joined Innargi at the start of 2023 from Maersk Drilling where she has been in both the Commercial and Operations departments. Originally from Poland, she has spent three years starting up and running offshore drilling operations for customers in Myanmar, Azerbaijan, Suriname, and Australia. She holds a BSc in Oil & Gas Engineering from AGH University in Cracow and an MSc in Petroleum Engineering from the Danish Technical University.

Mikołaj Gajsler has more than 15 years of experience working with business development, strategy, and project management in the heating and utilities sector in Poland. Before joining Innargi, Mikołaj was Development Manager and Board Member of several of Veolia Group’s companies and has worked with strategic development of energy transition both in the municipal as well as industrial sector. In addition to this, Mikołaj has more than 5 years of experience with Facility Management with a focus on energy efficiency projects. Mikołaj holds a master’s degree (M.Sc.) in environmental engineering and postgraduate studies in passive and low-energy houses from the Poznan University of Technology.

Louise is an experienced communications manager specializing in strategic comms planning, campaigns and stakeholder outreach. She is responsible for the strategic communications planning around Innargi’s projects as well as development and execution of activities and campaigns to inform and engage local communities around geothermal energy. Before joining Innargi, Louise worked in consulting for over 7 years, most recently as Director of the Public Sector and Campaigns at the communications consultancy Radius. Louise holds a Master’s degree in Political Communication and Management and is an external lecturer in the Department of Business Humanities and Law at Copenhagen Business School.

Steen Gudmann has more than 25 years of experience in drilling and project development, primarily from the former Maersk Oil. He has had several supervisor and managerial roles in Denmark, Norway, Azerbaijan, and Qatar. Steen has a successful track record of best-in-class drilling campaigns and in driving a strong performance culture. In recent years he has been managing several development projects in the North Sea from early phases to FEED.

Sofie has extensive strategy working with strategic campaigning, stakeholder engagement, PR, and branding. She is responsible for local outreach and communications on Innargi’s projects and planning activities to strengthen Innargis brand and the storytelling on geothermal energy in general.

Prior to this, Sofie worked in consulting for 3 years, most recently as a Communication Advisor with a focus on project management and creative campaigning. She holds a Master’s degree in Political Communication and Management from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor in Business Administration & Economics from Aarhus University.

Sune has more than 20 years of experience in project development and execution, client service and team management within the construction industry. He joined the Innargi team in 2024 and is working on a project basis to ensure the progress and management of our local projects.

Before joining Innargi, Sune worked as a Project Director at Raundahl & Moesby, and before that, he amongst others worked in NCC, COWI and Skanska.

Sune holds an engineering degree from Aarhus supplemented with a degree (HD) in organisation from Aarhus University.

Malte Nyenhuis is a senior EU public affairs expert with more than 15 years of experience in energy and climate policy. Prior to joining Innargi, Malte headed the Brussels office of the German energy and telecoms utility EWE AG and was Senior Adviser in the EU office of the German Association of Energy- and Water Industries (BDEW). He began his professional career in Brussels in the corporate offices of Deutsche Post DHL and Volkswagen AG. Malte studied social sciences at the Universities of Göttingen/Germany and Uppsala/Sweden. He also obtained an MBA at Quadriga University in Berlin.

Anders Ø. Madsen is geologist by background with more than 24 years of experience from the energy industry working for Maersk Oil in Qatar, Denmark and the UK; Max Petroleum in Kazakhstan; Blueback Reservoir in Norway; Dong Energy in Denmark and TotalEnergies in Denmark, UK and France on various subsurface exploration and field development projects. He has had several lead geoscientist, advisory and leadership roles during his career. He received his M. Sc. Degree in geology from Copenhagen University in 2000 and has in-depth knowledge of quantifying subsurface risk and uncertainties. Anders joined Innargi in 2024.

Louise Kornbech possesses over 25 years of experience in commercial and procurement roles within large global energy companies. Prior to her tenure at Innargi, she served as the Head of Turbines Sourcing at Ørsted. During her career, she has also held various commercial positions within the A.P. Møller group of companies.
